Wedding invitations by Cele-Brat — published by Celebrat Ventures (trading as Cele-Brat), a sole proprietorship, GSTIN 08ARTPK7888A1Z5 (“we”, “us”), Ajmer, Rajasthan, India. These terms cover our digital wedding invitations: wedding webpages, video invitation cards, Premium and Luxury films and the Custom package. Photography and film bookings are covered by your written Agreement and the terms at app.cele-brat.in/terms.

What we provide

Digital wedding invitations made from the details you give us: a wedding invitation webpage, a video invitation card, Premium and Luxury video invitations, and the Custom package. Each product and its price is described on its page and in your cart.

Prices and payment

The full price is paid online in advance through Razorpay, in the currency shown at checkout (Indian rupees in India, local currency abroad).
Your order is confirmed when the payment succeeds; your order number is shown at once.

NO REFUNDS. Every payment for a wedding webpage, video invitation card, Premium or Luxury film or the Custom package is final and non-refundable — including a change of mind, a cancelled or postponed wedding, and payments made in a foreign currency.

Your details and checking them

You are responsible for the names, dates, times, venues and other details you enter or upload, and for checking them in the preview.
Films are made only after you press Publish on your order page, and cannot be changed after that. Your webpage can be edited at any time.
You confirm that you may use the photographs and wedding card you upload.

Use of your invitation

Your invitations are for personal use — to invite guests to your wedding and to share on WhatsApp and social media.
The music in the films is licensed for your invitation only; do not use it separately.
We keep the copyright in our designs, artwork, film templates and software. Sample couples and details on our pages are illustrations.
We do not use your names, photographs or wedding details in our marketing without your permission.

Your webpage

Your published webpage stays online for your wedding and after it. Before we remove an old page we will email you. Guest replies (RSVPs) are visible only to you and the people you give access to.

Limited liability

If we cannot deliver what you paid for because of a fault on our side, our liability is limited to making or correcting it, and never more than the amount you paid for that item. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as internet or hosting outages, natural disasters or government action. We will deliver as soon as we reasonably can.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you pay applies to your order. The laws of India apply.
