Refund & cancellation policy

Wedding invitations by Cele-Brat — published by Celebrat Ventures (trading as Cele-Brat), a sole proprietorship, GSTIN 08ARTPK7888A1Z5 (“we”, “us”), Ajmer, Rajasthan, India. These terms cover our digital wedding invitations: wedding webpages, video invitation cards, Premium and Luxury films and the Custom package. Photography and film bookings are covered by your written Agreement and the terms at app.cele-brat.in/terms.

NO REFUNDS. Every payment for a wedding webpage, video invitation card, Premium or Luxury film or the Custom package is final and non-refundable — including a change of mind, a cancelled or postponed wedding, and payments made in a foreign currency.

No refunds and no cancellations

Our wedding invitations are digital and are made for you as soon as you pay and publish. For this reason we do not give refunds, in full or in part, for any reason — including a change of mind, choosing a different design, film or song, a cancelled or postponed wedding, or not using the invitation. An order cannot be cancelled once it is paid. This follows the cancellation terms of our standard Agreement: payments made against a cancelled booking are non-refundable and non-transferable.

See everything before you pay

Every design, colour, film and song can be previewed free, with your own names, functions and dates, before you pay. Please check the preview carefully — what you see is what you buy.

Changes

You can change your details, design, film and song as often as you like until you press Publish on your order page. We ask you twice to check before publishing.
After you publish, the films are made from the details you published and cannot be changed or made again.
Your wedding webpage can be edited at any time after publishing, at no cost.
If a delivered film does not match the details you published because of an error on our side, tell us within 5 days of delivery and we will correct it free. This is a correction, not a refund.

Payment errors

If you are charged twice for the same order, or money leaves your account for a payment that failed, the extra amount is returned to the same card, UPI or bank account — usually automatically by Razorpay within 5–7 working days. This is a reversal of a payment error, not a refund of a purchase.

Payments in other currencies

Couples outside India pay in the currency shown at checkout. Currency conversion and international card fees charged by your bank are not refundable.
