Delivery policy
Wedding invitations by Cele-Brat — published by Celebrat Ventures (trading as Cele-Brat), a sole proprietorship, GSTIN 08ARTPK7888A1Z5 (“we”, “us”), Ajmer, Rajasthan, India. These terms cover our digital wedding invitations: wedding webpages, video invitation cards, Premium and Luxury films and the Custom package. Photography and film bookings are covered by your written Agreement and the terms at app.cele-brat.in/terms.
Digital delivery only
We sell digital wedding invitations. Nothing is shipped by post or courier. Everything is delivered online, to couples in India and in every other country we serve.
When you receive it
- Wedding webpage — live as soon as you publish it. You get your link and personal guest links at once in your dashboard.
- Video invitation card, Premium and Luxury films — made automatically after you check your details and press Publish on your order page. They are usually ready within a few hours and always within 24 hours. You receive an email with the download link, and the films can also be downloaded from your order page. On request we also send them on WhatsApp.
- Custom package — made by our team within 7 days of receiving your complete wedding details and photographs.
Delays on your side — for example not publishing your details, or sending the Custom package details late — move the delivery time by the same amount.
If something has not arrived
Check your spam folder and your order page first. If the films are still not there 24 hours after publishing, write to info@cele-brat.com or WhatsApp +91 88263 83922 with your order number and we will send them.
